Are your houses ready for occupancy? When can we move in?
Our houses are Not Ready for Occupancy (NRFO). Move-in to the unit will
be scheduled as soon as the buyer meets the required amount and has
signed all the necessary documents prior to moving in.
Is the property secure?
Yes, the subdivision is very secure. All subdivisions offer 24-hour
security at the gates and within the community.
Who operates the water and power system? Will they supply the needs
of the entire subdivision at 100% occupancy?
The different projects of Brittany will have their own Property
Management Team who will handle the subdivision after it has been turned
over to the Home Owners Association (HOA). The water and power system
are fully provisioned to function at 100% occupancy.
Why should I consider you from all the companies offering the same
packages?
Brittany Corporation presents a solid track record in property
development. Our projects have set the trend in the real estate industry
in terms of masterplanning, property design, features and amenities. We
provide our property owners a complete set of services needed to acquire
that perfect property and for building their ideal home. We have the

Yes, they do. If your lot will allow it, your house can accommodate more
car space, an extra room or a bigger kitchen, if and when you decide to
expand your home.
If I want my house customized, can you do it?
Yes, we can. You simply have to fill up a “My Dream Home” requirement
form (available on request) and submit it to us. This will give us an
idea of the house features you want to enable us to prepare the initial
plans subject for your approval. A minimal fee is charged to develop the
house plans.
What are your houses made of?
The columns and beams of the house are made of reinforced concrete. The
exterior walls are concrete hollow blocks, same as the walls for the
toilets and baths. The interior walls and ceilings are double-walled
fiber cement boards on metal frames. The roof is made of quality
materials (e.g. clay tiles, concrete tiles, asphalt shingles) supported
by steel frames. The second floor is made of reinforced concrete,
finished with your choice of either local or imported wood parquet.
Windows are of the steel casement type or aluminum powder-coated for the
discerning homebuyer. The main door is solid wood panel and the interior
doors are carved Medium Density Fiber (MDF) boards.
How long can you finish construction of my house if I buy now?
House construction timetable is 6-8 months, depending on the house and
